How to Sleep with Michelle and Unlock All Her Achievements

Completing Michelle’s storyline correctly grants you three key achievements:

Each step in this guide is designed to help you unlock these without missing any crucial decisions.
Step 1: Retrieve the Bond Halves from the Pribula Brothers
Michelle boards the train at Ministerial Station, accompanied by two brothers—Pierre and Stanish Pribula. She reveals both are carrying halves of a valuable bond and requests your help retrieving them.
Your Options:
- Option 1: File Reports on Both Brothers
Get them arrested. After their arrest, collect the bond halves from the Lost and Found. - Option 2: Cause a Fratricide
Manipulate Pierre by telling him Stanish despises him. This will trigger Pierre to murder his brother, unlocking the Fratricide achievement. You can then take the bonds. - Option 3: Pickpocket Both Brothers
Use stealth to steal the bonds from each brother’s belongings.
Once both halves are in your possession, hand them over to Michelle to progress.
Step 2: Recover the Family Heirloom
At Trutnov Station, Rosa Voitsekhovskaya boards the train. Soon after, Michelle will request your help retrieving a family heirloom from Rosa.
Your Options:
- Option 1: Report Rosa
Have her arrested by the guards. The heirloom will then appear in the Lost and Found for you to collect. - Option 2: Steal from Rosa
Search her luggage and steal the heirloom before anyone else does.
Note: If you delay, Gnevko—a new character boarding at the next stop—will steal the heirloom instead. If this happens, you’ll need to rob Gnevko to recover it. Do not have Gnevko arrested, as he’s crucial for a future event.
Deliver the heirloom to Michelle once retrieved.
Step 3: Join the Poker Game and Save Michelle
Later in the storyline, Gnevko will propose a poker night. Depending on prior actions, you may invite:
- Peter
- Franz
- Michelle
Required Setup:
To unlock the “At Your Service” achievement, you must gather all four players—Peter, Franz, Michelle, and Gnevko—for the poker game.
If Michelle has the family heirloom at this point, she will win the game and be escorted to First Class by Peter. This key moment ensures her survival.
Critical Note: If Michelle doesn’t have the heirloom during the game, Gnevko will kill her.
Bonus Route: Invite only Franz and Michelle to the game. When the Wild Youth appear, ask Michelle for help dealing with them. This path unlocks:

Step 4: Secure a Promotion and Unlock the Final Scene
Later in the game, you’re required to accumulate 20,000 Authority Points to qualify for a promotion.
Fail to Reach the Points? You can bribe your way to the promotion for 15,000 currency.
The Reward:
Upon promotion, visit your new office. If you followed Michelle’s questline correctly:
- She will appear and thank you for your help.
- Express romantic interest during the conversation.
- This will trigger the final scene where you sleep with Michelle, completing the full storyline.
